I must say that spending time down in Charleston this semester has definitely had a poisitive affect on me. I've become more motivated to finish my BA, which technically isn't as far around the corner as I'd imagined it to be. More importantly I've become almost inspired to pursue actual architect status. After figuring out that I had to get a BA in a 5 year program, then a MA in a 2 year program, plus Intern under a licensed architect for a minimum of 3 years before I can even think about taking 8 licensure exams to gain the title "Architect" I lost all motivation, for obvious reasons. But I must confess that since working in a architecture firm I've become partial to the environment and the work, so once again I've gained my inspiration. We shall see how long this last tho.

Anywho!....Since I don't have much more to say so on that note...

Stay Beautiful,

Wow!...J-A-N-U-A-R-Y  t-e-n-t-h....That's a long time!

Confession: I completely forgot about Xanga, until Kris mentioned it. But then again, I stopped writing cuz no one was visiting my site, or so I thought. So at least I know I have ONE out there checking up on me, I'll try to start this thing up again.

Currently I'm down in Charleston for fall semester '05. I had the opprotunity to participate in Clemson's Off-campus architecture program. So I'm down here discovering the wonderful world of Urban design and Regional Planning; it's great actually. I'm kind of inspired to go back to Charlotte and make some changes, cuz as we all know they NEED HELP...haha. Oh..I'm also interning at an architecture firm, Cummings and McCrady Architects and I must say I'm enjoying it so much I'd do it even if I wasn't getting paid. But I am getting paid, so that's more icing on the cake!

Well that's all I feel like writing at the present time. Until next time,

Stay Beautiful,

~*Kim*~

Wow....why has it been a good min. since I last posted something.....it's really kinda sad. But anywho lots has happened since I last wrote...so lets begin.

I'm sooo verry very very happy that Fall semester is behind us now. It was without a doubt one of the most stressful semesters I've had to face thus far. And for those of you whom I've whined to all semester thanks for the ears....its nice to have someone there that I can share how I feel and get it all out in the open. It definitely helped in gettin a sista through even tho I really do have to take the Calculus over again...but it's ok cuz hte second time around is gonna be more positive (Shaena)....hehe.

Aside from that.....Rahsaan...oh should I say Mr. Spontaneous....Coming to Clemson from Greensboro at 11PM although very crazy...was very sweet. I really didn't think you were gonna come like you said...but hey you keep findin ways of proving me wrong...but it's ok. I love spending time with you. Seems like over the past couple of months we've managed to grow closer and closer so December 9th was bound to happen. Like I said before ain't nobody ready for where we're headed Sweetie!

Well it's late...and I can barely keep my eyes open....so I'll continue this later...Till then....Merry Christmas to all and to all a Goodnight!

Hey All,

Hope everyone's Turkey Day was a good as mine was. Wednesday night  Ray came down to my house...we had another movie night...we watched 3 movies I think....or at least it's all I can remember watching cuz we feel asleep plenty of times before going to bed at 6:30 AM. A couple hours later say about 10 AM.....I, as well as my family, got to meet Ray's dad, Mr. Mike Snipes, becuz he drove up from ATL. It was nice spending some time with them...we, Me, Ray, Mr. Snipes and a couple other members of my family, went to the Thanksgiving Day parade downtown Charlotte...I really enjoyed myself. Although it was REALLY windy and cold....it's alright tho cuz the bands were still pretty good...for the most part. Afterwards we came back to my house and partook of a GREAT Thanksgiving Feast with lots of friends and family. ALL the food was good....but it was soo much I wasn't able to make my way all the way down the line. So I had to give up some good food cuz I couldn't eat it all...that and my lil paper plate was already full of food...it couldn't take anymore...haha.. Afterwards everyone chilled around the house playing pool, watching tv, playing piano, cards, dancing, and conversing...it was nice. I have to say that I have lots of things to be thank God for...infact if I attempted to list them I'd probably be typing from now until next Tuesday....however I will say that I'm truly thankful for everyone whom I've had to pleasure of getting to know becuase is one way, shape, or form you've affected me and made an impact on my life....some impacts are greater than others...but none the less because of you I'm who I am today. So THANKS!
